Creative Space
The root practice. Thirty minutes, one prompt, on mute, with a curated musical cue and a chosen image. Come alone or with your team and feel what protected thinking actually does.
For people navigating the transition from structured, corporate work to self-directed, portfolio-based life. Many of us leave corporate life attracted by freedom… and then either recreate the same complexity unconsciously, or reject structure entirely and end up in a vacuum.
More room. More ease. More capacity for meaningful work. It's the ground beneath everything I do, with an evolving shape. A way of operating where clarity, perspective and meaning always have room to surface.
It sounds like a broken meeting. But, after doing it consistently for a few weeks, we realized it’s one of the most powerful things we can do. We - the Meaningful Work Collective - are a global community of experienced professionals helping each other make a successful leap out of corporate and institutional roles.
For years I did the opposite of this. Coming out of corporates and startups, I kept carrying the weight of them, so I rebuilt a mini-enterprise around myself without meaning to. More tools. More process. More friction. I was busy… but I was not free. I spent a lot of money and a lot of time on systems that made me feel productive while the real value leaked out because I had no time to make use of the conversations, insights, and ideas that I wanted to pursue.
What I learned is that there's no "app" or "course" or "hack" that fixes this.
You fix it by flipping the relationship.
The system works for you;
you don’t work for the system.
Making Space is the shape I found on the other side of that. Less machinery, more room. It’s not a method to copy; it’s what happened when I stopped over-engineering my own life and started nourishing the space where meaningful work begins.
The leaders who carry the most responsibility are often the ones with the least time to think.
Not time to react, decide, or manage… that's what they're busy doing. I’m talking about time to sit with a question long enough for deeper understanding and truth to surface. Most teams have never agreed to protect thinking time together. Not because they don’t value it, but because a full calendar always has a better argument.
If you discovered what I did, then you know exactly what I mean. Try it - come join us.
Once a week, at the same time: one focused prompt, video and music on, mics off. A space held consistently, so you can count on it.
No deliverables. No performance. No one has to have the right answer.
Just space.
What would you build if no one was watching?
Creative Space is where it began. Around it now: sessions for building with AI, monthly reflection, a library of prompts, and tools I’ve made: some open to everyone, some just for members.
The root practice. Thirty minutes, one prompt, on mute, with a curated musical cue and a chosen image. Come alone or with your team and feel what protected thinking actually does.
Hands-on sessions for building and working with AI. No expertise required: simply bring something to make, with live support in the room.
Reading, thinking, and open conversation. Space to digest and discuss ideas, rather than produce from them. Facilitated, once a month.
A growing library of prompts for the days between sessions. One is open to everyone each day; the full library - music, timer, and all - is there only for members.
Small instruments I build, maintain and share. The Highlighter - mark up any web page and keep what matters - is open to everyone right now; the rest of the wall is yours as a member.
The ecosystem keeps growing. Members get whatever I build next - spaces, tools, ideas - as they arrive.
I hold the space whether or not you show up. Whether you do is entirely up to you.
All times ET. Creative Space & AI Playground run weekly; Reflection Space is once a month, on the last Friday.
Membership is designed to help you engage where you are most drawn. You feel it first, then decide how deep you want to go.
Register and try a session. See what opens up. If you enjoy it, you’re welcome to return.
A space to build, collaborate and reflect. Everything in Making Space now and whatever I add as it grows.
If we already work together one-to-one, all of Making Space is part of the ground we share. Nothing extra to do.
This isn’t sold anywhere. It’s carried in by people who’ve experienced it and want to share it with their networks. I’m here to support you by hosting sessions for you, or guiding you on how to host your own.
Go further into your own practice and expression: the library, the tools, the sessions. And when you're ready, the deep 1:1 inner work.
Just for you.
Bring a friend or a peer into a session. Slowly expanding the circle: only the ones you’d actually want beside you.
If it belongs somewhere you lead, help bring it there: your team, your circle, your organization.
A true extension, never a pitch.
If you want to extend Making Space to your poeple, here are some ideas for how you can do that. Every one begins with a live session the group experiences first.
6–Peers from different companies, industries, or roles meeting weekly in a shared Creative Space and monthly Reflection Space. Not a networking event; a thinking practice with peers who can relate to where you are.
Weekly Creative Space and AI Playground for teams of up to 10, with custom prompts and a wrap-up at the end of each cycle.
Weekly Creative Space and AI Playground sessions with bespoke prompts and custom AI projects, monthly 1:1 coaching per executive, and quarterly integration & synthesis.
Enough reading. Join an upcoming session either alone or with your team and feel what thirty minutes of space actually does.
