My 3 favourite times to do it are:

  1. First thing in the morning when I get up.
  2. Last thing at night before I go to sleep.
  3. Any time I feel anxious, stressed or overwhelmed.

15-min Breathwork Meditation

Sit in a comfortable spot where you won’t be disturbed for 15-20 minutes. You can use headphones if you like. Adjust the video speed if you want to slow it down further - this was designed to be flexible, so adjust to your comfort level.
