- Last thing at night before I go to sleep.

15-min Breathwork Meditation
Sit in a comfortable spot where you won’t be disturbed for 15-20 minutes. You can use headphones if you like. Adjust the video speed if you want to slow it down further - this was designed to be flexible, so adjust to your comfort level.
